TWO THINGS I HAVE LEARNED FROM CMN 167
I have learned some useful knowledge. To be honest, I have also learned much unnecessary knowledge. These information were about the life, but I usually don’t use some of them. Two important things which I have learned from CMN 167 are not to believe every thing in the Media and to conform to rules or Plagiarism.
The Media is already everywhere. We always use or see and read it without not paying attention. We usually cannot see errors or lies, and we trust in it only to be deceived. Because of people’s distinction, even the Media is divided. All Media institutions have sided with someone or something, so it cannot be considered that the Media is objective. Therefore it doesn’t give us exactly true information because it is dependent upon its own benefit or advantage to oneself. It uses some ways to deceive us. For example it may use erroneous graphics and photograph or arithmetic errors and logical errors. By doing my assignments for CMN 167 I have learned to investigate or search these errors and see them. But I hadn’t really known that errors are more as much as I guess. It helps us to learn seeing errors.
Second thing I learned from CMN 167 is Plagiarism. In the past, I thought copy-paste is not a crime. In fact I was using that way to do my homework, but now it isn’t possible. Not only copy-paste but also not to give any reference is to commit crime. We have learned not to be unjust.
Thanks CMN...
